Look at this delicious candy floss. Created by Azadeh Ashrafinia, a fourth generation Iranian confectioner, the exotic flavours of her tasty treats make my mouth water. Pistachio and rose, saffron and orange blossom all could be used to add style and panache to dinner parties or special events. Pariya, the company's name, is the Persian word for fairies. And her fairy floss is definitely an other worldly treat.

I just bought this to take to my niece(working on a Persian cookbook). I've never seen it in the US I don't think..looks amazing
